The Evangelist Gin, 50cl | £31
A contemporary gin, inspired by the wild landscape of Patmos, Greece, abode of St. John the Evangelist. Locally foraged fig leaves and bay (from the grounds of the church itself) give a verdant note to this gin. Soaked in fresh lemon peel, it makes for an easy to drink G&T or enjoyed neat with plenty of ice.

We will taste and compare The Evangelist Gin with three others, discuss the genesis of gin and how different gins are designed to be drunk in different ways.
